1 page. This survey covers some of the ‘behaviors’ that are the result of low morale, stress and dysfunction in teams or workgroups in the Comm Center. It is important in compiling the results that factions are considered. For example do supervisors see this differently than call takers or dispatchers? I think this survey – if indicating group dysfunction rampant – must be followed up with a meeting possibly named “What Now?” And if the survey shows very little or isolated negativity behavior or ‘perceptions’ – yay – this can result in a celebration of what is happening in this very GOOD work of 9-1-1.
