When I loaded up the free download articles from the archive I promised to upload some surveys.  I have them attached here for no cost.  There is a certain amount of information that is needed to contrast and compare grouping answers.  Do this to determine if the different factions within the agency have the same or different thoughts as a collective – or not.  For example is swing shift feeling more positive about the agency than day shift?   Are trainers feeling differently than the rest of your team?  Management, or an outside consultant can then interpret the answers more accurately.   The results of these surveys are best when staff is convinced they will be kept confidential.  If an agency is experiencing low morale or other types of conflict or historical trauma,  then hit purchase to download, and use this tool to best improve your organization.
