Order (min 5 seats) and download your Intake Form. Submit your Intake Form and we create your customizable 10 Unit 9-1-1 course and send a link to log in.
You can see some of our currently published courses here 9-1-1Academy.com. Student/Trainees can complete certification online self-paced or structured. You can play learning games and exercises in the classroom. You decide which of our training tools to use and upload your own.
NECC Online Certification requires teacher/instructor proctoring calls on 9-1-1 Reality Simulator or other means. Attached to your order is the Assessment Form for call taking and radio dispatch final skills exam.
NECC Instructor Certification* requires completing the online final exam and agreeing to a skills exam.
Comprehensive learning about Public Safety Emergency Communications. These ten units were determined by a 9-1-1 Advisory Board and a Vocational Technical College. Each unit is clearly explained the the 9-1-1 Emergency Communications Manual now embedded in the online course. The NECC final exam was validated by PTC (NENA ENP Exam). The units are alive with videos, exercises, reading and challenging quizzes, leading to the final NECC exam.
*NECC Instructor Certification is $350, with (1) complimentary with a purchase of the 9-1-1 Reality Simulator.
