Do teachers need an account?
No. Teachers never log in to students work. The student will submit their work. Ask for a usage report whenever needed. Teachers are welcome to purchase a TOKEN and try the system out! We also have some demo calls for your listending pleasure.
Can students see what kind of call is coming?
No, and that is deliberate. Students see numbered cases only. A Telecommunicator does not know what is on the line until they answer, so neither do students.
What happens if a student doesn't answer all 50?
Whatever calls are answered are recorded and should be downloaded during the session. TOKEN expires and is permanently deleted at the end of the course. All history should be saved on a flash drive before the course ends.
Is this a replacement for simulation training?
No. AI Callers is the practice layer between classroom knowledge and full simulation. Students build call-handling reps here, then perform under real-world conditions in the 9-1-1 Reality Plus Simulator. Multi-tasking, distractions, actual unpredicable humans, the simulator re creates the work. It's the difference between the airlines steward and the airlines pilot. Ai is fun, simulation is WORK.
Are the calls recorded?
Yes. Audio and transcript are saved for teacher and program review along with transcripts, evaluation of the call taker student.
Can we add our own scenarios?
Not at this time. We offer the 50 scripts built to give a variety of everyday call. These were created by a veteran 9-1-1 training supervisor. There would be an additional fee to create scenarios requested and that service hasn't been considered at this time.
