These surveys were created in a 9-1-1 Comm Center consulting job. This Comm Center was struggling with negativity, rebellion, sick leave abuse and high turnover. There was also a physical altercation! There is a certain amount of information needed to contrast and compare grouping answers. We do this to determine if the different factions within the agency have the same or different thoughts as a collective – or not.
