• Dexterity-Exercises— Four card games, progressively harder. Twelve cut-out cards included. Tests listening, following specific directions, quick thinking, manual dexterity, and memory.
• Prepare-To-Copy— Six live ATL/BOLO broadcasts read at pace. Six practice sheets. Teaches your Dispatchers to pull only the vital data out of a fast broadcast.
• Taking-Descriptions — Person and vehicle descriptions read at speed, with practice sheets and a common-abbreviation approach. If you can’t see it, you’ll need to ask it.
• Phonetic-Practice— Both alphabets, Adam Boy and Alpha Bravo, with a full reference chart and name drills.
• Split-Ear-Multi-Task — Three streams of information at once, in stereo. Scored on your weakest column, not your best. Nothing else comes closer to the multi-tasking of 9-1-1.
